Sprint Shopping is the community for fashion fanatics who can mix n match and experiment with various styles and express these flairs publically. It is a platform for fashionistas, trendsetters and like-minded shoppers where they can discover the chicest and classiest products, styles, brands, looks and trends. You can create the looks as per your taste and satiate your fashion bud by creating trends that are appreciated explicitly.
Once you register with Sprint Shopping and set up a profile, you can give wings to your creativity by publishing your styles and sharing your Look Book with your friends and Sprint Shopping community.

Do I need to pay any subscription fee before using Sprint Shopping?
No! You do not need to pay anything for using Sprint Shopping. Our website is free for any adult who is above 13 years of age.
Can I access Sprint Shopping on all browsers?
No. There are some browsers that we do not support.
We presently support the most recent versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. We also support Internet Explorer 10 and 11.
How do I verify my email address?
You will receive a verification mail when you first sign up on Sprint Shopping. If you do not receive it, ensure to check it in your spam folder.
Can I change the email address associated with my Sprint Shopping Account?
Yes. You can anytime change the email address associated with Sprint Shopping Account. Click Settings on your profile page, go to the account tab and change your email address. Just ensure that you hit the update button to save your changes before you exit the tab.
How do I reset my password?
At any point of time you may change your password in few simple steps. Simply, click on the settings from your profile page and go to the Account tab. Next, enter your old password, mention your new password and verify the new password fields. Ensure to hit update in order to save the changes that you made.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Go to “Forgot Password” page by clicking forgot password option mentioned below the username and password fields on the welcome screen. Enter the email address that you used while signing up for Sprint Shopping. On the same email address, we will send an email with the instructions on how to change your password.
How do I sign out of Sprint Shopping.com?
On the top right corner of the page, you will find the sign-out option below your username. Select Sign out.
How do I deactivate my account?
Before you go ahead for account deactivation, please note that if you have any issues after you shared your personal information on Sprint Shopping, you can anytime update your profile to remove such information. You can also delete any of the items or sets that you have created.

Can I reactivate the same account? How?
Yes, you can reactivate the same Sprint Shopping account. For reactivating, click on “sign up” and enter the email address and other information that were registered on Sprint Shopping for the account that you want to reactivate. On the email address provided by you, we will send an email with the instructions to help you reactivate your account.
How do I manage my email notifications?
Select the “Settings” tab from the username in the top right corner. Go to the account tab. You will find a list of emails that you are receiving from Sprint Shopping. Just check mark the emails that you would prefer to receive and uncheck the ones that you don’t want to receive. As per your preferences, you can even unsubscribe to all the emails. Just make sure that you update the changes before exiting the tab.
How do I manage activity notifications?
To manage the activity notifications, go to your “Settings” page from your username in the top right corner on the home page. Select the account tab and under “Show my activity page”, check mark all the notifications that you want to receive. According to your preferences, you can uncheck the notifications that you don’t want to receive. Just ensure that you update the changes.
How do I block someone from contacting me?
To block someone from contacting you, go to the profile of the concerned person and select the “Block” tab on the desktop version of Sprint Shopping. Blocking a person will also remove all the comments that user made on you collections. Once you block a person, he/she cannot comment on your sets/ collections or send you private message.
How do I unblock someone?
To unblock a person, go to messages from your activity page. Click “View Blocked Members” and then click the “Unblock” link next to their name.
How do I change my privacy settings?
Your privacy settings controls who can send you messages and comment on your collections.
At any point of time, if you want to change your settings, go to the “Account” tab. There you will find your Privacy settings and make changes to it by allowing messages only form the members you are following or from everyone.
